Radio Ulan Bator

Broadcasts from Mongolia were and are still difficult to hear in North America. I heard Radio Ulan Bator once in 1978 and never was able to capture their signal again. Besides a QSL, they sent me a small pennant. The station is now called Voice of Mongolia. This is the best QSL in my collection.
